Igor Zyryanov (Zyrianov born in 1961 in Sverdlovsk. His parents moved to Cheljabinsk-70 (Snowtown, Snezhinsk) in 1962. After secondary school in Snowtown Igor took a degree in biology (cytology and genetics) at the University of Novosibirsk (NSU), Academictown, Siberia.
Igor completed his thesis "Molecular and genetic characteristics of the 2B region of the X-chromosome Drosophila Melanogaster" at the Institute of Cytology and Genetics, Academgorodok, Novosibirsk.
After graduating he worked as a computer programmer at the Institute of the Pathology of Blood Circulation and researched into links between particular diseases and blood groups and worked for stop-heart model.
Later he worked in the computer centre at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine and researched into a mathematical society health model. He conducted activities in biostatistics in psychology, physiology, medicine and taught statistics and psychology at the Pedagogical Institute. Igor researched into student motivation.
He later moved to the Institute of Physiology where he worked as a scientist and created a computer program complex for psychological tests.
Igor undertook Human Resource projects for industrial and public sectors: researching into recruitment policies, drafting executive staff selection programmes and implementing Human Resource strategies that increased factories production.
He began writing articles for Russian IMA-press agency and with friends set up a new Siberian newspaper.
Relocated in Brussels in 1991, Zyrianov studied journalism and completed an MBA at the United Business Institutes (UBI). He learned French at the Institute d'Enseignement de Promotion Social de la Communate Francaise and studied post-graduate programme in International Politics at Universite Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Igor also studied in USA (TV School in Dallas) and Japan (Keio Business School in Tokyo).
Fluent in Russian and English, he has a knowledge of French. A frequent traveller in Western Europe and the United States, Igor Zyrianov has valuable experience in intercultural communications. In 1998 he moved to St. Petersburg, Russia.
